When looking at a battery load tester to check the life left on a car battery, are you suppose to go by the cca rating or voltage of the battery when holding the load tester button down?

If there is a digital 6v battery capacity tester, what is the make/model? I can’t find one. Is there a way to jerry rig a 12v tester to test 2 6v batteries accurately?

Dealer told me my battery failed the load test. Its an 03 Audi A4 1.8T, but it seems to start fine, it struggled a little during the frigid winter last winter but always started. How do I know if the dealer is just trying to pull a fast one passed me?
