Or will it kill the battery for good, like my motorcycle mechanic swears it will? The problem with his theory is that when not on a Battery Tender, even if I start the bike each week, it STILL kills the battery! What have I got to lose by keeping it on the charger?

I maintain a fleet of go-karts for a small amusement park. Interstate high performance “Cycle-Tron” 12V batteries are what we have the most of and they are the “Absorbed Glass Mat” type. If anyone can suggest a good “float” charger for this type of battery it would be greatly appreciated.
