Even when I switch the engine off, the LED’s on my car phone charger and my GPS charger continue to be lit. How much of a draw is this on my car battery?

have 2 lights I want to hook up to my boat. each one draws 5.5 amps. The batteries they are going to be hooked up to are two 12 volt deep cycle batteries linked with a jumper, thus making them 24 volt. how long would the lights run before drawing all of the batteries’ power?

I know that the meter on the charger goes down from 6 amps as the battery becomes charged but does it ever get to zero? I vaguely remember that it stops somewhere above zero but can’t remember where or why.

I’ve had the car serviced by an auto mechanic who said the problem is not caused by the electrical system. I drive the car every day yet the battery is completely dead and has to be put on a charger every 3 days in order for the car to start again.
