I charge it for an hour and it lasts about 15-20 min. Charge for 3 hours and it lasts an hour? Its practically a brand new camera and battery. Its sony, lithium ion

It has a usb cable to go with the camera, http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10251133 so do you plug it up to the computer, ? or something?
