I have an Energizer battery charger and Energizer batteries. The charger claims the batteries are fully charged, but they are completely dead. Can you recharge batteries using an off the shelf battery clip like from radio shack? The power source will be a solar circuit, but do I need a special clip so the batteries will charge?
